Situated between the San Joaquin River and the Eastside Bypass, the groundwater at this ranch changes very little from year to year, generally ranging between 70-100 feet. 320 acres of pistachios, 320 acres of almonds, and 160 acres of open ground which can be utilized for annual crops. Also included is a 650 KW owned solar system which has the generating capacity to produce enough electricity to satisfy the demand of all four wells and the shop. There is typically a net energy credit to the owner in most years.
